A 21-year-old Lebanon man was charged with DUI: Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability, Driving without a License, Duties at Stop Sign, Approach Intersection Improperly after he was stopped for parking in a lane of travel with the four-way lights activated. When police approached the vehicle, it began driving, swerved left into the oncoming lane of travel and failed to come to a complete stop at the stop sign.

A 22-year-old Lebanon man was charged with Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after police were called to a residence for a suspicious person.

Police responded to a residence for a person violating a PFA Order and breaking a window. A man was charged with Arrest for Violation of PFA Order and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.

LEBANON EXPO CENTER

A 57-year-old Lebanon man was traveling east on Rocherty Road and started slowing, to make a right turn into the Lebanon Valley Expo Center. A 33-year-old Lebanon woman was also traveling east, behind the man and attempted to pass him on the right and struck the passenger side of his vehicle. No injuries were reported, both vehicles were driven from the scene.
