During an Aggressive Driving Detail, police stopped a vehicle for a dead registration plate. A man was cited with Required Financial Responsibility, Unauthorized Transfer or Use of Registration and Registration and Certification of Title Required. The registration plate was removed from the vehicle and returned to PENNDOT.

A 31-year-old Lebanon man was charged with Retail Theft after she removed six bottles of perfume, for a total value of $421.00 and fled from the store and loss prevention officer.
