A 49 year old Myerstown man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 4-23-19 at 0319 hours on the 200 block of S. 3rd Street.
A 48 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-20-19 at 2122 hours on the 500 block of Cumberland Street.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Sara Pickett a 29 year old Lebanon resident after contact with police on 4-04-19 at 1127 hours on the 300 block of S. 6th Street.
Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Careless Driving have been filed against Rodney Young Jr. a 42 year old Cleona resident after a traffic accident on 2-24-19 at 0137 hours on the 1200 block of Maple Street. No one was injured as a result of the accident. Police allege Young’s BAC was .119% at the time of the accident.
Xavier Rios-Ortiz a 35 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Aggravated Assault (domestic violence related) and Simple Assault after an incident on 4-25-19 at 1705 hours on the 400 block of N. 9th Street. Rios is accused of striking the 41 year old victim with a metal bat causing injury to her knew requiring medical treatment at a local medical facility. Rios was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. Rios was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Robert Payetta a 52 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime and Theft From a Motor Vehicle on 4-25-19 at 2244 hours on the 100 block of Walnut Street. Payetta is accused of entering onto property he had no right or privilege to be on and entering a parked vehicle removing items from the vehicle. Payetta was observed by the victim and police apprehended Payetta a short distance from the scene. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. Payetta was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail.

A 40 year old Palmyra woman and an 87 year old Lebanon man were stopped at the traffic light on Cumberland Street at the intersection of 16th Street. A 60 year old Myerstown woman failed to recognize the vehicles were stopped and struck the rear of the Palmyra woman. The impact of the Myerstown woman hitting the Palmyra woman forced her into the rear of the Lebanon man. No injuries reported; minor damage to the vehicles.

Edward L. Toro, 40, Harrisburg was east bound on SR422. A 35 year old Lebanon man was east bound in the center turn lane approaching the light at 16th Street. Toro stopped in the east bound lane of traffic and attempted to make a U-turn striking the Lebanon man. Toro had light damage done to the driver side door of his vehicle and the Lebanon man had light damage done to his front bumper. Toro was complaining of pain in his hip from prior hip surgeries.
Toro was cited for Operating a vehicle without valid inspection, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, U-Turn unsafely and driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked. Toro was taken to the Hershey Medical Center by First Aid and Safety Patrol.

A seventeen years old female failed to pay for four (4) necklaces valued at $23.96 and was cited for retail theft.
South Londonderry Township
On March 23 at 8:32pm, Jarrod Adams, a 20 year old Lititz man, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a suspicious vehicle call in the game lands on S. Forge Rd.
On April 23 at 4:08pm, a 17 year old Palmyra female was charged with driving vehicle at unsafe speed after her Honda Civic struck the rear of a Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 59 year old Palmyra man. The man was stopped in traffic at a red light when the accident occurred. No injuries were reported. Campbelltown Vol. Fire Dept assisted with scene clean up.
This two-vehicle accident occurred on SR322 at approximately 10:28 hours on April 17, 2019. Impact occurred while a Elizabethtown woman’s vehicle was stopped in traffic and struck from behind by a Harrisburg man’s vehicle. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, neither driver was injured. The man was cited for following too closely.
