Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Sausage and meatballs were held at 118-120°F, in the hot-holding unit, rather than 135°F or above as required. Manager immediately reheated these items to 165°F.

Rear door located in the storage area of the food facility has a small gap at the bottom and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.

Observed cases of corn dogs and ice cream sandwiches stored directly on the floor in walk-in freezer and snacks in the retail sales area stored less than six inches off of the floor, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil; specifically observed heavy build-up of residue/slime on the trough under the soda fountain.
