A 57 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 3-01-19 at 1640 hours at 101 S. 8th Street.

A 38 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on 3-03-19 at 0031 hours on the 1000 block of Walnut Street.

A 10 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Criminal Mischief after allegedly throwing an ice ball from his residential second floor striking a passing vehicle and cracking the windshield of the vehicle. This caused damage in the amount of $317.98 to replace the windshield. This incident occurred on 2-13-19 at 1927 hours on the 500 block of Lehman Street.

A 46 year old Lebanon man cited for Public Drunkenness on 3-03-19 at 0741 hours on the 200 block of Lehman Street.

A 17 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Harassment after allegedly spitting in the face of another juvenile on 2-20-19 at 1829 hours on the 800 block of Church Street.

Charges of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Duty to Give Information and Render Aid, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related), Registration and Certificate of Title Required, Required Financial Responsibility, Operation of Vehicle Without An Official Certificate of Inspection, Evidence of Emission Inspection and Careless Driving have been filed against a 49 year old Lebanon man after an traffic accident occurring on 1-23-19 at 1832 hours on the 1200 block of Walnut Street. No one was injured as a result of the rear end collision. The man refused to submit to blood alcohol testing.

A 44 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3-02-19 at 1800 hours at 400 S. 8th Street. He was at Lebanon County Central Booking and found to possess the designer drug and drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello and released on $2,500 unsecured bail.

A 31 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct on 3-01-19 at 0346 hours in the 100 section of Brookside Apartments. He is accused of breaking the front door to a residence he had no right or privilege to enter which caused damage to the door and door frame. The door had to be held in place to prevent him from entering into the residence. He fled prior to police arrival but was located and apprehended. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Charges of Forgery and Theft have been filed against an 18 year old Lebanon man after being accused of signing and attempting to cash a fraudulent check at a business on 2-20-19 at 1629 hours on the 400 block of N. 5th Street.

A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Access Device Fraud after being accused of making a purchase from a local business using a credit card which was not his and did not have permission to use. This incident occurred on 2-13-19 at 1650 hours on the 500 block of Cumberland Street. Charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.

A 39 year old Myerstown man has been charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after he had contact with Lebanon County Adult Probation Officers on 3-04-19 at 1343 hours at 508 Oak Street. Probation Officers searched the vehicle he drove to their meeting and discovered controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.

OFFENSES AGAINST FAMILY AND CHILDREN

1500 CORNWALL RD – LEBANON

A 28 year old Lancaster man was charged with Endangering Welfare of Children after police were called for a suspicious person on the parking lot. He was observed attempting to break into vehicles on the parking lot of Cedar Crest Dentistry. Police responded and he was taken into custody. Upon checking his vehicle, police found his two (2) daughters, aged 4 and 8, on the backseat of his car. The children were found to be disheveled, dirty and hungry. Children and Youth were contacted and took custody of the children, he was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. The man’s bail was set at $10,000.00 and he currently remains in the Lebanon County Correctional facility.

North Lebanon Township

RETAIL THEFT
A 50 year old Lebanon man was charged with 2 counts of retail theft after incidents at Wal-Mart on February 2 & 15, 2019, after failing to pay for merchandise valued at $130.52.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
A 30 year old Lebanon man was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after an incident that occurred at the Union Canal Park on February 16, 2019.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
A 16 year old Myerstown male was charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on March 3, 2019 in the 1600 block of E. Cumberland Street. He was turned over to juvenile probation authorities for disposition.

West Cornwall Township

False Reports/Other Charges – a 28 year old Millersville woman has been charged with false reports to law enforcement, providing false identification to law enforcement, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under suspension, and use of multiple beam road lighting equipment as the result of a traffic stop January 12th, 8:09 PM, on SR 322 near Butler Road. At the time of the stop, she falsely identified herself as being her sister.
