Leadership Lebanon Valley will be hosting a bus trip to New York City on Saturday, April 13.
The trip will leave from the Kmart parking lot on Quentin Road at 6am, and drop travelers off at West 49th Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan, just a short walk from tourist attractions like Times Square and Broadway theaters.
After a day spent taking in all the Big Apple has to offer, the return trip will depart New York at 6pm.
The price of the trip is $45 per person, and guests can expect snacks and drinks on both legs of the journey.
The bus trip will benefit the Leadership Lebanon Valley Scholarship Fund. Leadership Lebanon Valley is itself a program through the Lebanon County Chamber of Commerce, which has been active since 1988.
The goal of Leadership Lebanon Valley is to “educate and develop a diverse group of leaders devoted to improving our community.” Watch for an upcoming article with info about this group.
